Step 1

Call The Computer Doctor on 01189795597 to set up a support session or email support @thecomputerdoctor.co.uk with a request for support.

Step 2

When you receive your 6 character Pin Number click on link below  enter Pin Number into provided field then follow on screen prompts

We will then be able to view your machine and help to get you back working quickly.You will always have the ability to terminate the session with a click of a button from your end. At the end of a session all software is removed from your machine. 
The charge for this service is £25 Inclusive.

If we cannot resolve your problem remotely we will pick up your machine and return after repair. This service is included in the £25 charge.
